C-SECTION RISK

I just saw this article from GH and let me share it with all of you.....
Pregnant women nowadays who do not want to experience labor pains have resorted to C-section. C-section have become very common due to this plus the fact that you can choose the date when your baby is born. However, according to researcher who analyzed data on pregnancy, out-of-control-bleeding during and after pregnancy is highly common in women who've had prior C-section. The condition can be so risky the doctors may perform a hysterectomy (operation to remove the uterus) to stop the bleeding.

C-section delivery on 1st baby - 1 in 1,700

Vaginal or c-section delivery of second

Vaginal or c-section delivery of
another baby following 2 or more
previous cesareans - 1 in 220
